Ingredients:
Beef 1 kg (sliced) Chilli (dried) 12 Oyster sauce 2 tsp.
Ginger 150 gm (sliced) Garlic 4 cloves (chopped)
Soya sauce 4 tbs
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
Chicken stock 1 1/2 cups
Pepper 2 tsp.
Cauliflower 1 (each flower separate)
Oil 1 cup
Method:
Sauté garlic, ginger, Soya sauce and dried chilli, add chicken stock and beef. Put in salt, sugar and oyster sauce plus pepper and cauliflower. Wait for 20 to 30 minutes. It’s ready to served when meat is tender.
